Sizement, Inc. Overview

The company was founded originally under the name of International Computer Programming Network in 1983 in New York as a software development company. The company mainly targeted the Wall Street Small Business market, primarily those businesses which serviced Fortune 50 corporations and other members of the New York Stock Exchange. Software development ranged from accounting software to server monitoring software, first for Netware servers used in general back-office banking environments, and later growing towards DEC and VAX security monitoring software. 1983 – International Computer Programming Network founded for software development 1987 – Software development grew to include more security monitoring, Linux and manufacturing systems software 1989 – Direct financial monitoring contracts were received from top Wall Street banks, and the software development went “dark”. Banking monitoring software was augmented with behavior monitoring software created by the new security software group 1990 – Financial institutions mergers and acquisitions contracts increased in volume, therefore a new department focusing on financial data center mergers was created 1991 – Data center management software was introduced, and direct bank data center management and design contracts were received. 1995 – Windows security monitoring was added to the security monitoring offerings 1997 – Y2K contracts started and a new department was added to handle cyber security specifically for the Y2K migrations 1998 – North Dakota dark site off-line storage facility created 2008 – Sizement, Inc. founded – International Computer Programming Network purchased in whole 2012 – GISAM Corporation folded under Sizement, Inc. 2014 – Receive contract for Geostrategic Forecasting Corporation’s new Cyber Security Enforcement 2015 – Receive contract for GFC’s Cyber Security operations and Offensive Penetration Testing 2017 Sizement, Inc. selects new CEO – Viorel Morosan 2019 New York City office re-opens
