SKANS Eyewear is a Copenhagen based, certified B Corporation, founded by optometrist & sustainability advocate Johanna Skans. Built on 20+ years of industry experience, we design everyday eyewear with minimal environmental impact, using recycled, recyclable, and repairable materials without compromising on style, comfort, or quality.
We started SKANS after realizing how few options existed for eyewear that aligned with strong environmental and social values. The industry is still dominated by fossil-based materials, and wasteful practices - we’re here to change that and to invite you to join that journey.
