SKEIM was established in 2013, and in its first two years it made over 30 mentoring pairs between Scottish universities.
Purpose:
(1) To support KE&I Professionals to gain knowledge and build networks through coordinated engagement with colleagues in other institutions.
(2) To help demystify the career pathways for KE&I Professionals, and help with recruitment and retention of talent within the system.
(3) To support the sharing of best practice between institutions, and enhance the existing culture for collaboration across Scottish HEIs.
