Skidoo Staffing is an IT permanent placement firm that was started to compliment LeapFrog System's consulting services. Using a similar quality-focused business model, Skidoo Staffing looks to assist a company's existing HR efforts in filling those hard to fill IT roles. We follow a comprehensive process to ensure we are representing only the top candidates. This series of in-person and phone interviews includes a technical deep-dive, gauges compatibility with the client's corporate culture and assesses the candidate's soft skills and professionalism. Because our process is so thorough, we only submit one resume position – resulting in a significant cost and time savings for our clients.
