SkillShift is an international IT & Finance consultancy. We specialize in staffing & recruitment services in the IT (i.e. software-, data-, cloud engineering) and Finance (risk & compliance, mostly FEC, AML, KYC etc.) Field. The latter is handled by our subsidiary SkillShift Finance BV (Amsterdam). What sets us apart is our international approach. We do not fish in the same talent pool as the others. We fish in 5 oceans of talent, all at the same time. With our successful track record relocating talent to the Netherlands and Belgium, from wherever you need to hire, our global framework ensures a seamless experience rivaling local recruitment. Skillshift has its own offshore hub with training center in Manila, Philippines where new recruits are prepared for onboarding in Europe. This ranges from Dutch Language trainings to specialization on regional compliance rules. Our staffing services include contingent workforce, mid-term consultancy, remote staffing (i.e. in our Manila hub) and direct hire. Additionally we are happy to take project- and output based assignments. We are an officially Recognized Sponsor for Highly Skilled migrants in The Netherlands and NEN 4400-1 certified. With that, our company is also officially accredited with the Department of Migrant Workers (DMW) in the Philippines (formerly Philippines Overseas Employment Agency or POEA) which ensures a smooth relocation process for Filipino recruits.
