SkillsUSA Ohio is a partnership of 32,000 students, teachers and industry leaders working across the state, together, to grow America’s skilled workforce. Students are empowered to become world-class workers, leaders and responsible citizens through a structured program of citizenship, leadership, employability, technical and professional skills training, grounded in academics.
A nonprofit national education association, SkillsUSA serves middle-school, high-school and college/postsecondary students preparing for careers in trade, technical and skilled service (including health) occupations. SkillsUSA is recognized by the U.S. Department of Education as a successful model of
employer-driven youth development training.
Across our state, business, industry and labor organizations actively support SkillsUSA Ohio through financial aid, in-kind contributions and involvement in SkillsUSA Ohio activities.
