SKiLLTRAK Overview

Skilltrak was founded in 2018 and specialises in the fields of Recruitment, HR Consultancy, Skills Development and Training. We started the business wanting to get people on track (or back on track) by training and assisting them to find their career path. Skilltrak is based at 106 Adderley (Street) which is home to a unique offering of accommodation (for business travellers and students), a work hub for entrepreneurs, training facilities, an educational college, as well as leisure activities with a roof-top gym and coffee shop! We are proudly associated with the Rainbow Academy, who are also based at 106 Adderley. The Academy runs a training programme in performing arts for talented and disadvantaged youth. With our experience and expertise we are able to build on and grow our relationships in order to offer our clients and candidates the best possible service. We believe we have something special to offer and are committed to the training and development of individuals. Our commitment is to: Provide high caliber individuals to our clients that are pre-screened, motivated, with the right attitude and most importantly WORK READY (which is where our training arm comes in) Fast, efficient and reliable service from the team at Skilltrak Fully trained staff available for temporary work Provide training aimed at both those people looking for work through to senior managers in the organisations we work with Assist our clients to run an efficient HR department
