On-line individual and couples therapy using Skype, both in English and in Dutch. The major advantage of therapy via Skype is that it remains personal, yet the hassle of going to a practice, sitting in waiting rooms, etc is avoided. Appointments are scheduled to suit, often also in the evenings or during weekends. Some of the issues that are dealt with: relationship problems, depression, anxiety, panic attacks, eating disorders (bulimia, binge eating and anorexia), shame-related problems, dealing with traumatic experiences, burn-out.
