Our vision is that all kids with diabetes live full, active, productive and satisfying lives. We are the only free, not-for-profit, instructional day camp for kids ages five to 18 diagnosed with diabetes. We provide a safe, structured and supportive environment for each camper with experienced coaches teaching alongside diabetes educators.
Diabetes is a costly disease and a financial burden for many families. Slam Dunk for Diabetes® Basketball Camp is free and targets low-income children who could not otherwise afford to attend. No child is turned away.
