Sleep Haven NZ Overview

Helping people improve their sleep using evidence-based sleep health education and adult sleep coaching services for insomnia. Hi, I’m Bernice, Sleep Haven’s founder and author of the self-help book, Sleep Easy. As a previous sufferer, fed up with years of sleepless nights and band-aid remedies for sleep, I finally discovered the life-changing CBTi (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for insomnia) method and everything fell into place. In CBTi, I found a tried and true natural approach for addressing the causes of ongoing sleep difficulties and the behavioural changes to solve them. After successfully implementing the programme, regaining my sleep and health, I was determined to share this solution with all those who needed it. Through my self-help book ‘Sleep Easy’, or personalised sleep coaching, I provide an evidence-based guide to help you take charge of your sleep, life, and health. The sleep improvement programme is paired with sleep tracking resources and the help of a supportive, understanding sleep coach, for regular check-ins and the accountability you need to make lasting changes for your sleep. A member of the World Sleep Society, with a certification in CBTi and coaching, I bring a combination of knowledge and lived experience to my role, as well as the passion to share what I’ve learned with others. I live in the Waikato with my family, where I enjoy growing my own produce, encouraging my daughter’s love of horses, and writing on the side. From the self-guided course option, one-on-one personalised sleep coaching, and sleep workshops, Sleep Haven provides you with a world of handy sleep therapy resources, and a proven method to achieve better sleep, naturally.
