Jsme jeden z největších a nejvýznamnějších tradičních českých výrobců odlitků od roku 1842 Vyrábíme ručně i strojně formované odlitky z uhlíkatých, středně a vysocelegovaných ocelí od 5kg do 6 000kg . Ručně i strojně formované odlitky z hematitové, šedé a tvárné litiny od 2 do 50 tun, hutní válce do 30 tun. Ručně formované odlitky z neželezných kovů – slitiny Cu do 700kg a slitiny Al do 200kg. Součástí výrobního procesu jsou i služby jako výroba modelového zařízení, tepelné zpracování, opracování, povrchová úprava odlitků vč. lakování a expedice odlitků až k zákazníkovi. Na přání zákazníka provádíme nedestruktivní zkoušky - např. rentgen, ultrazvuk, magnetickou polévací zkoušku a jiné. We are one of the biggest and the most important traditional czech castings producer since 1842 We produce hand and machine moulded castings made from carbon, medium and high-alloyed steels from 5 kg to 6,000 kg. Also hand and machine moulded castings from hematite, grey and ductile iron from 2 to 50 tons, and metallurgical rolls up to 30 tons. Hand moulded non-ferrous castings – Cu-alloy up to 700kg. AL-alloy up to 200kg. The production process also includes services such as manufacturing equipment models, heat treatment, machining, and surface finishing of castings, painting and shipping.
