Launched in 2014, Smalls’ (lovemysmalls.com) is an award-winning range of everyday luxe Merino basics. With Australian & New Zealand Merino rapidly gaining international cult status, Smalls has filled the gap in the UK market for Merino for older children aged 2 to 14 with a concept of “year ‘round wear”.
Smalls is the brainchild of Cat Pharo and Emma-Jane Adam, both New Zealand-born parents-of-three, who fell in love with merino babywear. Smalls Co-Founder, Emma-Jane, explains: “Alongside building careers in the UK, we have built our families and now have three gorgeous kiddies each who are the inspiration for Smalls. As babies our children became addicted to the skin-loving naturally technical fibre that is superfine Merino. Wrapped up in Merino, they stayed warm in the cold British winters and cool in summer indoors or outdoors. The problem was that as their children grew, the available products did not...and so Smalls was born.
A collection of next-to-skin active-wear and loungewear, designed with thought. Focusing on quality and longevity over ‘fast fashion’, Smalls are made to last. Worn and loved every day by our own kids, we are sure your little people will love their Smalls as much as ours do!”
In 2015, the line scooped a number of awards including:

Additionally, Smalls has attracted a celebrity following counting Claudia Winkleman, Abbey Clancey and Storm Models’ Director Sarah Doukas amongst their fans, along with sports personalities Will Greenwood, Andrew Strauss and ski legend Konrad Bartelski singing their praises.
