Smartdc offers secure, flexible and reliable colocation and housing services to meet increasing demand on the market. Smartdc can offer full private racks, private cages and private suites. Our datacenter is ISO 27001, NEN and CDSA certified. Smartdc, the largest datacenter in Rotterdam is located in the industrial monument de "Van Nellefabriek". With a maximum capacity of 36.000 square feet and additional 45.000 square feet available for future expansions we can offer you high density hosting in our state-of-the-art Tier-III facility. We have multiple fiber carriers in-house and we are a Level3 POP. Smartdc operates with sustainability, security, flexibility and communication as its core values. This means we use 100% sustainable local energy sources and constantly work on lowering our power consumption. We have our own 23KV transformer on-site which enables us to deliver up to a maximum of 12 MVA power in total by which we can offer 2x32A (2x7,3KW) per rack. We are constantly working on lowering our PUE-value. At the moment we have realized a PUE of 1.2 and we expect to lower this future in the near future to 1.1! Our facility is secured and guarded 24x7 and also our technical crew is onsite 7 days a week for remote/smart-hands.
