The Problems we have: Current construction project management services have the following shortcomings: • Ineffective information collection - At present, the prefabrication factory's information to the construction site relies on manual operations, dominated by paper. • Incomplete information - Well-formatted information about prefabricated modules at the right time at the right quantity in the right place is still insufficient to support efficient decision making and collaborative working among stakeholders. • Lack of automatic decision - The use of BIM alone cannot provide optimal schedule decisions and proper guidelines for the manager promptly under a dynamic environment.
