Smart Inclusion AB is a Health-Tech company offering organizations innovative solutions and concrete digital tools for what we call Remote Inclusion, a concept promoting a broadened view on inclusion and competence. Our vision is a future where everyone is appreciated and valued, wherever they are on their personal and professional journey, or in the world. When Smarter inclusion and use of ALL available competence brings crucial and sustainable benefits to both businesses and societies. We are a strategic long-term partner offering innovative solutions and SaaS-based concrete manager tools that enable and simplify inclusive leadership also when operating in distributed organizations and when remote. When adopting this approach companies can increase productivity and employee well-being, strengthen their ability to attract and retain talent, reduce costs for recruitment and sick-leave and overall strengthen the company's long-term competitiveness. The company was founded in 2024 by Tiina Bruno and Karin Hasselström, with Henrik Sidebäck as senior technical advisor. Smart Inclusion AB and the concept of Remote Inclusion is based on the experience built by Tiina Bruno during more than 15 years as an internationally recognized expert and pioneer in the field, with assignments for global companies, the UN, and the UN Global Compact. The core team is based in Sweden with an international network of associated partners in local markets.
