The Smart Urban Co-Innovation Lab is an industry-led lab for smart city solutions development initiated by CapitaLand Investment (CLI) and supported by Ascendas Real Estate Investment Trust, Infocomm Media Development Authority and Enterprise Singapore. The Lab focuses on key industry verticals including advanced manufacturing, cloud computing, healthcare, intelligent estates, smart mobility, smart wellness, sustainability, urban agriculture and urban logistics. The living Lab brings together leaders across various industries to catalyse co-innovation ecosystems and seed new market opportunities.
Smart Urban Co-Innovation Lab @ East Coast led by CLI is an initiative under East Coast Vibrant Plan that contributes to creating jobs and developing new growth industries to set up in the area. Launched on 30 October 2021, the Lab will roll out programmes and activities for companies and residents to collaborate and co-create solutions on community and business issues, as well as prepare students with future-ready skills.
