La cooperativa “Smartwear” viene costituita il 10 Gennaio 2019, dopo aver vinto il bando “Coopstartup”, organizzato da Legacoop Emilia Ovest e Coopfond. I membri fondatori sono: Andrea Daniele, Luca Daniele, Pietro La Torre e Ivan Epifani. “Questo progetto nasce con l’intento di ricollocare l’uomo al centro del nuovo contesto tecnologico determinato dall'Industria 4.0. Non crediamo in un prodotto che sostituisca l’uomo in azienda, ma in un lavoratore che grazie all'innovazione possa adempiere alla sua mansione in modo sicuro e consapevole”.
