Welcome to Quigley Enterprises! What started as a simple smoothie cart on weekends in 2009 has grown into a thriving family business. Founded by Brad Quigley, who pursued the venture full-time after seeing its potential, we expanded to a full food truck, serving fresh, real-fruit smoothies to the Rochester community. In 2016, we found the perfect commissary space in Penfield and reopened the beloved ice cream shop that once stood there. By 2022, we expanded again with the opening of our café, bringing even more delicious options to our customers.
