WHAT IS A SNAG LIST REPORT?
A snag is a defect or problem in a new build home, which has not been picked up by the builder, and remains after the construction works are completed. Some are quite obvious, while others are harder to identify and require someone with experience to find them. Our Engineers find these defects and use photographs and detailed descriptions to create a report. This report is then issued to the builder, who will fix the snags that have been highlighted.
