SO Well is a social wellness enterprise that creates and delivers wellbeing activities, events and programmes for businesses and communities, that are rooted in connection, community and change work. Inspired by her experience of working with groups in community and corporate settings as well as individuals in private practice and the growth in popularity of the social wellness concept, founder Gabby Briscoe, wanted to create a business that prioritised meaningful connection and the potential for change through group and individual wellbeing-focused activities. Gabby has worked in the field of wellbeing for over 20 years and is a clinical Hypnotherapist, Integrative Change Worker and Wellbeing Consultant.
