Social Matters was created when three social worker friends, passionate about social change, came together to initially create a podcast aimed at starting and modelling conversations about a number of important social issues. Following on from the success of their podcast, Nadia, Fran and Eugene set up Social Matters, a team with a mission to help organisations create a pro-active culture of diversity, inclusion and equity.
Social Matters can help you to develop a holistic understanding of the specific diversity, inclusion and equity needs of your organisation and tailor our bespoke training accordingly. Ultimately we want to support you to develop an inclusive work environment where everyone feels able to participate and achieve their full potential.
