Social Matters Overview

Social Matters was created when three social worker friends, passionate about social change, came together to initially create a podcast aimed at starting and modelling conversations about a number of important social issues. Following on from the success of their podcast, Nadia, Fran and Eugene set up Social Matters, a team with a mission to help organisations create a pro-active culture of diversity, inclusion and equity. Social Matters can help you to develop a holistic understanding of the specific diversity, inclusion and equity needs of your organisation and tailor our bespoke training accordingly. Ultimately we want to support you to develop an inclusive work environment where everyone feels able to participate and achieve their full potential. Whether it’s design, delivery, vision-mapping, generating ideas or anything else, we at Social Matters are here to help you achieve your organisational goals in relation to diversity, inclusion and equity. Through both 1-2-1 and dynamic team coaching sessions, Social Matters will support your staff and senior leaders to embed new and creative ways of keeping issues of diversity, inclusion and equity alive in your day-to-day work.
