Social Vantage Advisory (SVA) was founded in 2023 by Andrea Lauchs and Sammy Bruderer.
Following successful careers in frontline service delivery, policy and program design and consulting, Andrea and Sammy decided to open their own specialist advisory practice, harnessing their over 50 years combined experience in the human services sector.
Andrea and Sammy bring unique insights, having both commenced their careers in frontline service delivery in youth justice and child protection, to most recently being fundamental in establishing the Human Services Practice in Ernst and Young (EY) Australia.
Andrea and Sammy are respected and trusted subject matter experts not only in Queensland but nationally and are often sought for their pragmatic, independent and practical advice in assisting organisations to transform service delivery and increase their impact on safety and wellbeing outcomes for children, families and community.
