هو فريق الإستجابة للطوارئ المعلوماتية بوزارة الشؤون الإجتماعية والمؤسسات الراجعة بالنظر لها على غرار الصناديق الإجتماعية وديوان التونسيين بالخارج .
كما يشمل المؤسسات العمومية الناشطة بالقطاع الإجتماعي.
يسهر على توفير أمن النظم المعلوماتية بالقطاع الإجتماعي وتحسيس كافة المتدخلين في القطاع الإجتماعي بالمخاطر السيبارنية ودعم سياسة أمن المعلومات بوزارة الشؤون الإجتماعية والمؤسسات تحت الإشراف.
