From revolutionising Child Protective Services with evidence-based child-centered practices to establishing Singapore’s first Social Service Office, he has consistently led groundbreaking efforts in social policy, transformation projects and community development. Jai’s expertise includes social policy, organisational development, strategic planning, teaching, international relations, and community development. His strengths in strategic thinking, ideation, activation, maximization, and relationship-building drive our mission forward.
