Sur la base de vos plans ou vues 3D, nous affinons avec vous le cahier des charges et fabriquons un premier moule qui servira à valider les essais. Nos experts vous conseillent sur le choix du polymère thermoplastique en fonction de la fonctionnalité de votre pièce et l’aspect esthétique souhaité (PEEK, PMMA, PVC, PEHD, PC, PTFE, POM…). Les essais d’injection thermoplastique étant réalisés sur notre site de production à Rambouillet (Yvelines), vous pouvez être aux côtés de nos techniciens tout au long de ce processus d’élaboration. Nos moules sont en acier traité, en mono ou multi empreintes. Les moules de prototypage sont en alliage d’aluminium. Ils sont créés pour vous et vous appartiennent, bien que stockés sur notre site pour plus de réactivité de production.
