We offer; Junior Team Tennis, Private Lessons, Group Lessons, Hitting Clinic, Tournaments & Flex Leagues in Coto de Caza, California, located in South Orange County. We have programs for a wide range of ages & abilities. We provide the highest quality instruction and equip our students with the mental, physical and technical tools necessary to compete successfully at the highest levels. Our Training Foundations are focused on building weapons and developing an all-around game with no weaknesses. These Foundations, when coupled with great work ethic and a tough mental game, result in strong players that are adaptable and can compete at any level. PHYSICAL The core foundation of PHYSICAL includes the ability to move successfully around the court, including split step and exploding to the ball. This training foundation also includes endurance, mobility and the ability to complete a long match in the heat without becoming exhausted. This also includes upper body strength and core work which are also necessary to hit balls effectively over long matches. TECHNICAL The core foundation of TECHNICAL involves all items related to proper technique for forehands, backhands, serves, volleys and overheads. We believe that proper technique allows players to hit a ball harder, consistently and more accurately. Our focus on developing weapons allows for a scale-able player that has a versatile game that will grow bigger as the player does. MENTAL The top foundation of MENTAL can only be developed when the core foundations of PHYSICAL and TECHNICAL are already in place. The player’s mental game is developed through a variety of exercises, clinics and competitions. We believe competition in team tennis, tournaments and clinics provides the best training for a player to develop their mental game.
