YOGA TEACHER TRAINING PROGRAM
A 200-hour yoga teacher training program will deepen your personal practice and start you down the transformational healing journey of eastern wisdom as you become a yoga teacher.
To facilitate a more scientific understanding of the body, you will learn the basics of the Anatomy and Physiology of the body and how it pertains to yoga in the physical realm. We will cover stress management in the form of physical practice, breath-work, relinquishment of attachments, meditation and more. Moving beyond the physical, you will learn yoga philosophy, rooted in the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali and the Bhagavad Gita.
Our yoga teacher training programs are aimed at developing teachers who are well informed in both the poses and the philosophical path of yoga. We will help you build the foundation to teach skillfully – with compassion, integrity and safety – as you discover your own unique voice and style as a yoga instructor.
