Solon Overview
We advise French and international clients on complex business law matters, mainly M&A, commercial transactions, litigation, and arbitration. As a boutique firm, with mostly senior lawyers, we are fully dedicated to our clients and offer more than technical advice as we bring in-depth experience, creativity and consider as true business partners to our clients. While handling a lot of domestic (French) cases, I have a specific experience in complex cross-borders deals and litigations, notably involving Africa and the Middle East.
