The Southeast Concrete Masonry Association (SCMA) is a trade association representing masonry producers and associate members across North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, Tennessee and Georgia.
Since 1946, the SCMA has been promoting the quality use of concrete masonry as well as the economic advantages that make concrete masonry units “CMUs” the world’s safest building product.
The SCMA grassroots focus is educational and promotional efforts to Architects, Structural Engineers, Specifiers, General Contractors, Construction Managers, Owners and Developers on why Build Better with Block is more economical, lower lifecycle costs and most importantly safer to build with while delivering savings in the overall design of the building.
