The South East Regional Academy was originally set up to support the delivery of the One NHS Finance programmes locally. Since then we have expanded our offer to include Procurement, Digital, Data and Technology professionals too. We want everyone in the region have access to all the tools, networks and development opportunities to help you realise your potential and to advance on the career ladder if you want to. Staff are invited to contribute to networks with their experiences, take their learning back to their organisations and to ensure we improve and develop the NHS workforce. Why should I get involved? The Regional Academy enables you: - To connect with colleagues in the regional and nationally. - To create personal development plans and achieve these goals. - To mobilise a career path - Share best practice and learning across the region. As an Academy we want to: - Improve Inclusion and Diversity in the NHS - Help managers to support their staff in meeting career goals - Develop a talented and diverse pipeline for future leadership roles. - Help to improve NHS sustainability. And the great news is that it is all covered in one organisational membership fee! There is no cost to individual staff for participating in courses and events provided your employing organisation is a member.
