Southern Hospice Group is a local hospice charity comprising three hospices: St Barnabas House hospice in Worthing, Martlets hospice in Hove, and Chestnut Tree House children’s hospice near Arundel.
We support children, young people and adults with life-limiting and life-threatening conditions, and their families, in Sussex and South East Hampshire.
Martlets is an adult hospice providing essential care to people affected by terminal illness in Brighton and Hove, and surrounding areas.
St Barnabas House provides specialist palliative care to adults in the Worthing, Adur, Arun and Henfield areas through a range of services, including in-patient care and community living well services.
Chestnut Tree House is the children's hospice for East and West Sussex and South East Hampshire, caring for children and young people with life-limiting conditions and their families.
