Spactiv Spa is a Special Purpose Acquisition Company (“SPAC”). Founded by Maurizio Borletti and Paolo de Spirt of Borletti Group and by Gabriele Bavagnoli of Milano Capital in July 2017, it raised € 90 million from Italian and international investors in a widely oversubscribed Initial Public Offering in September 2017. On September 12th 2019, Spactiv announced a deal for a merger - eventually suspended due to the consequences of the COVID outbreak - with Betty Blue, a fashion house owned by the well-known stylist and entrepreneur Elisabetta Franchi.
