Agriculture Spaldings are Europe's leading distributor of agricultural replacement parts for soil and crop engaging machinery, Truecraft tools and accessories distributed direct to farmers. Based at Lincoln in the United Kingdom, Spaldings also operate in the Republic of Ireland and export to most world-wide destinations. In the last financial year the combined group turnover rose to over £24m. Lincoln based Spaldings agricultural division has over 35 years experience of directly supplying UK farmers, gaining an industry wide reputation for quality parts and new product innovation, resulting in a product range of over 10,000 lines, many unique and available only from Spaldings. The agricultural division consists of a sales force of 52 field sales people covering the whole of the UK and Republic of Ireland, supported by a telephone sales team based in Lincoln, England who together service in excess of 45,000 farmers, contractors and agricultural engineers. Groundcare Lincoln based Spaldings groundcare division was launched in 1993 and has grown significantly in a short space of time to be the UK's market leader in direct parts supply gaining an industry wide reputation for quality parts and new product innovation resulting in a product range of over 10,000 lines, many unique and available only from Spaldings. The groundcare division consists of a direct sales force of 15 field sales people covering the whole of the UK and the Republic of Ireland, supported by a telephone sales team based in Lincoln, England who together service in excess of 5,000 professional amenity grass customers.
