Sparkwell's aim is to reduce this by teaching the principles of Lifestyle Medicine via workshops. These focus on stress and how to manage it, sleep, movement, nutrition, happiness and what truly makes us happy and social connection and digital detox.
Lifestyle Medicine is a specialty of Medicine that uses scientifically and evidence based methods to reverse and prevent chronic health problems. Everything taught is free, everything is evidence based and everything works.
