Our mission is to champion inclusivity and opportunity, helping individuals with intellectual disabilities develop physical fitness, build confidence, and connect with their communities through the power of sport. Together, we strive to foster a society where everyone can find joy in achievement and courage in participation.
What We Do
Inclusive Sports Programmes: We offer a wide variety of sports, from athletics and aquatics to basketball and boccia, providing structured training and a sense of belonging for athletes throughout Wales.
Regional Club Network: Our accredited clubs in Cardiff and Vale, North East Wales, Powys, and West Wales offer localised programmes that nurture personal growth, friendship, and teamwork in athletes’ own communities.
Athlete and Leader Development: Through our Athletes Forum and Leaders Forum, we give a voice to athletes, coaches, and volunteers, ensuring they play an active role in shaping our future.
