Our Executive Search firm was founded 1982, specializing in the Banking, Brokerage and Wealth Management professions. We provide services to corporate clients throughout California and the U.S, and have previously been ranked by the LA Business Journal as the 8th largest search firm headquartered in California.
Prior to the formation of Spencer White & Company, our founder spent 15 years in corporate executive management with Merrill Lynch and Citicorp in New York and Lloyds Bank California in Los Angeles.
