Spice Tree Foods (STF) was started by Mr. Nainesh Patel (OBE), He is based in UK. He is involved with the British F&B sector for over 30 years, and an active participant of UK India Business council (UKIBC). He desired that India should be on par in regards to food products with international styling, standards and quality in the fast evolving F&B sector of India. STF was started in India in 2007. Soon he set up a state of the art food processing unit at Halol, Gujarat, India in 2008 to fulfil his vision for India. There has been no looking back since then. Today, STF are the leading manufacturers and distributors of Frozen foods in India under the brand name of “Farsan Quick Bites”. The need for quality gourmet international cuisine lead to the birth of restaurants Lemon Grass – serving Pan Asian Cuisine. Lemon Grass was conferred with the Preferred Restaurants award by Tourism Authority of Thailand. STF developed the concept of Chef less kitchen with could provide consistent taste & Quality by simply using their wide range Ambient Sauces, Frozen Snack Foods & Spice Mixes. The Indian operations is overseen by his Co Director Mr. Subash Menon whose past industry experience covered Exports, Corporate Finance and Law. Over the last decade he has helped in growing STF.
