Spigner Solutions was formed to help businesses that have a vested interest in home health care to better understand the industry, its regulations and how this care is funded through Medicaid. SS has worked with investment banks, entrepreneurs and investor groups, developing their understanding of the industry so they can make better decisions. Having managed multiple service lines including assistive care for adults, pediatric and adult nursing care, ODP services for ID patients, contracted staffing services such as home health visits, school nurse and aid staffing and much more, I'm uniquely positioned to discuss many aspects of this industry in both high level and detailed terms.
