Spilled Milk Ice Cream & Cereal Bar was founded in 2019 by Marvin Phillip and his wife Sara to deliver a joyful and memorable experience for all. Their unique premium hand-crafted cones and shakes combined with favorite cereal mix-ins and handmade waffle cones became popular.
Starting with four trailers in the Salt Lake City area led to the opening of their first shop in the 9th & 9th neighborhood of Salt Lake City in December of 2019. In the fall of 2021, Spilled Milk Ice Cream & Cereal Bar expanded inside the Vivint Arena, home of the Utah Jazz.
Spilled Milk is opening additional shops in 2022 and is expanding through franchising, focusing on growing into neighboring western states including Arizona, Nevada, Colorado, and Idaho.
Spilled Milk’s mission is “Spreading Whirled Peace Through Ice Cream & Cereal” to make the world a sweeter place.
