Our dedicated Interventional Pain Management team is here to help you to have an improved quality of life with reduced pain. We offer state of the art, in office procedures with the most up to date procedure suites at both of our clinics. Our pain physicians Dr. Timothy Dibble, Dr. Gregory Crisp and Dr. Nathan Sneddon are here to offer in office procedures such as epidural steroid injections, facet ablations, sacroiliac joint injections, joint injections, Botox for Chronic Migraine and much more. We specialize in balloon Kyphoplasty to treat acute vertebral body compression fractures and Spinal Cord Stimulation to treat failed back surgery syndrome, chronic low back or neck pain, radiculopathy and painful diabetic neuropathy. We are now offering outpatient surgeries such as Intracept, SI joint fusions, MILD procedure, MinuteMan procedure and more.
Our dedicated mid-level team includes Emily Mildes ARNP, Nathan Wiens PAC, Mara Lins PAC and Lindsey Sommers PAC.
We also offer in house Occupational Therapy and our team includes Kellie Watson OT, Jorge Santiago OT and Taylor Hartman OTA.
