Sport Performance Center is a company which specializes in training consulting for athletes, teams and non athletes who needs help to reach their goals. Our main services is to build training programs and conduct personal training sessions, but we also have lectures and seminars in the fields of sport and exercise.
We work methodically towards specific goals and help you with everything you need to be able to reach them; physical training, nutrition, coaching and mental training.
We have a broad knowledge in sports, training and fitness which covers everything from pedagogy to sports medicine and mental coaching, but our specialty lays is in the physical training and training planning.
The company is located in Västerås, Sweden. But we are flexible and are able to take on clients in other cities and countries. A lot of the consulting services can be done online through e-mail.
