We started SEPSA to bridge the gap between an individuals health and fitness and their disease or injury management. We exist to provide exercise programs that are focused on giving our clients the physical capabilities to do what they love most.
For individuals managing injuries or medical conditions SEPSA's Accredited Exercise Physiologists pride themselves on applying a truely client centred approach. This starts by first getting to know the client and their unique needs. Our exercise programs are then designed using the principles of best practice, and tailoring them to suit the individual. From here we COACH & EMPOWER. This is done by combining 1on1 and small group exercise sessions, with education in a fun & welcoming atmosphere.
We’re proud to have helped hundreds of South Australians live healthier and more active lives and are located at the world class facilities of Flinders University Sport and Fitness.
All our Accredited Exercise Physiologists are registered allied health providers & are able to work with an individuals GP, Allied Health Professionals and other Health Care providers to help them move, feel and live better.
