We want to foster a generation of youth athletes and teach them skills to be able to train themselves both mentally and emotionally which we believe will give them their best chance of realising their sporting dreams.
Sportsmind Junior is unique because the skills and techniques have been tried and tested with many elite athletes, Olympians etc. over the past 40 years. Sportsmind (https://www.sportsmind.com.au/) was founded by Jeffrey Hodges and this product will bring his teachings, expertise and knowledge to a completely new audience, that of junior athletes within Australia, particularly with the runway to Brisbane 2032 in mind.
