Spread a smile organization is a CBO registered by the directorate of social development formed with an aim of spreading smiles to the orphaned, vulnerable children and families living in underserved communities.
We hope to give them a dignified life.

Children being our primary focus, we hope to plant seeds of compassion in them so that when they grow they shall practice them. This will make it easier for them to have a more humane world.
