Square 1 Industries, Inc. is an ISO 9001:2015 certified and FDA Registered, South Florida based small business that specializes in the manufacturing of advanced electronic devices and printed circuit board assemblies. Our in-house capabilities include a full surface mount technology (SMT) line with multiple high-speed pick and place machines, 3D solder paste inspection (SPI), automated 3D optical inspection (AOI), 3D Xray inspection equipment and IPC610 certified personnel. For through-hole soldered components we utilize our nitrogen enabled selective solder equipment and J-STD-001 certified technicians to ensure our quality is reliable and repeatable. We also offer programming and functional testing in accordance with customer requirements and our in-house engineering team can support troubleshooting and rework efforts, when necessary.
Square 1 can perform simple box-builds and device manufacturing and testing of complex electronic equipment for regulated industries. We've successfully manufactured products for various industries including defense, medical devices, energy and more. Our operations team can provide turnkey support to your product and bill-of-material (BOM) which leverages our established supplier network of custom mechanical components including injection molded plastics, machined components, sheet metal parts, etc.
In addition to our manufacturing capabilities, Square 1 offers several engineering services including; Schematic Design, PCB Layout, Mechanical Design and firmware development. Our team has successfully developed and launched various products for the US & European markets and has a background in FDA QSR design controls.
