The company was born out of the closure of Pearson's Industrial Roofing of which Simon was an integral part for many years. The company has had the privilege of completing many successful projects, both large and small, ranging from humble community projects to large Industrial complexes. Client service and satisfaction have been the main principles of the company and its' offerings right from the get go. In addition, the practical application of health & safety awareness and actions have been of utmost importance in all projects. Over and above that mentioned, S Roche Projects.cc has introduced a new spin on a old idea with regards to maintenance. The combined experience of the SRP team has allowed for qualitative research and understanding of the problems that a roof may encounter. This has enabled the development of PARAM, Pro Active Roof Asset Management.
