- Introduction of Baker Steel Capital Managers LLP as a pre-IPO strategic investor to Fujian Zijin Mining listing on HKEX raised HK$1.1 bn
- Establishment of collaborative relationship and joint venture between Fujian Zijin Mining (largest gold producer in China and largest gold mining listed on HKEX) and Gold Fields of South Africa for development of gold mines throughout China
- Participated in the listing of Zhaojin Gold Mining (second largest gold producer in China) as the sole international fundraising road-show organiser (IPO HK$2.2bn)
- Acted as the lead Financial Advisor to Lingbao Gold Company for listing on HKEX with over-subscription of 731 times for the HK$63bn issue
- Acted as the Principal in acquiring a super-majority interest and board control of TaiZhou Gold Mine, carried out transformational value-added work before its sales for HK$1.2bn
- Acted as the Principal for the acquisition of China African Precious Metals Pty Ltd (resources valuated for US$25m)
- Participated in the Rights Issue for Grand T G Gold, a listed gold mining entity for HK$160m
- Acted as the Financial Adviser and Funding Facilitator for acquisition of Lily and Barbrook Gold Mines in SA
