SRF is founded in 2024 as a community based organization and a nonprofit organization with no political, religious, ethnical, racial and gender affiliation. The sole purpose is to support Disabilities, youth and women living in the conflict affected area through Peacebuilding initiatives, Sustainable life skills development, and Livelihood aided projects that empowers, improve and transform social and economic standards of living in the conflict affected communities so that the needs of the Disability, Youths and women are made.
We shall work with other NGOs, CBOs and other institutions that shares our Vision, Mission and Values. We engage in activities that are essential to empowering, improving, and transforming the standard of living of the Disabilities, Youth and Women in the Conflict affected areas and foster peace in the community through reconciliation.
This can be achieved through informing, educating, empowering and initiating livelihood and Peace building activities to overcome the problem of increasing prevalence environmental degradation and effect of climate change, food security, poverty, poor health seeking habits, lack of entrepreneurship and development skills and prevention of GBV cases among the returnees/IDPs and the Host communities
