Conference and Meeting Facilities: Conference & Event Room: St. Lawrence College Conference and Event Centre offers 5,500 square feet of meeting and event space. Offering flexible room configurations to allow for both a large plenary session or smaller breakout areas for up to 350 guests. St. Lawrence College's new centre is not your typical space. With plenty of natural light, state-of-the-art technology, and outdoor patio space, St. Lawrence College's new conference centre will take your event to the next level. Conference and Event Centre Features: - Capacity for 1 -350 - Large outdoor patio space - Dividable conference space - Custom catering and bar service menu options - State-of-the-art technology - Classroom breakout space available. Other Services: - A variety of other meeting space - Accommodations (May to August) - Food and catering - Coordination of other college facilities. Such as: parking, catering, and audio visual. - Room setups Classrooms: With over 50 classrooms available, St. Lawrence College can accommodate 25-100 people. Our classrooms are equipped with a full line of audio visual equipment. Lecture Theatre - Our well appointed lecture theatre seats up to 175 people. Gym - This space is 8,375 square feet with a 200-seat retractable stand. Cafeteria - It offers generous space and comfortable seats 650-1000 people. Perfect space for setting up information booths, hosting an exhibit or even a large banquet. Overnight Accommodations - Our residence includes 147 double rooms, 298 single rooms, eight wheelchair accessible rooms and a common lounge on each floor.
