We use freshly milled flour and bake using age old techniques. Our sourdoughs are made with fresh flour and we pride ourselves in providing the best quality products direct from the farm - to our ovens - to your doorstep!
We deliver 7 days a week across Sydney, Central Coast, Wollongong, Newcastle, Hunter Valley and Nelsons Bay.
We specialise in 36 hour fermented sourdough and top quality milk buns. We also hand make croissants, muffins, cakes and pastries.
